LoveYourWebsite.org is a new initiative aimed at helping small and medium sized businesses along the South coast, to understand the process of web design and to find their perfect web design agency.
The web design sector is a notoriously saturated market with anyone from one man bands up to multinational agencies claiming to be the most creative, fluent and effective in the world of web design. LoveYourWebsite.org aims to help business owners become empowered and know what to look for when searching for their perfect web design agency or freelancer.
LoveYourWebsite.org is a new idea from Strawberrysoup, a BUIC tenant web design agency based in Bournemouth and Chichester who have found that clients come to them increasingly disappointed by previous experiences with web designers. Keith McGregor comments "we want to help businesses that have little or no experience in the world of web design to choose suppliers that are professional, have good experience and do what they say they will". Neil Dennis adds "some people think that if they do a short course in web design or use a web building application that they can start a business designing websites, however there is so much more to think about including accessibility, coding compliance, user interface design and customisation"
The website will be packed full of honest and useful information, downloadable questionnaires, a forum and a section where reputable web design agencies can display information about their services for free. There will also be the facility to have a free website health check and become a guest author.
