Camps International increase online advertising return on investment by over 1000% |
It almost sounds too good to be true! LexisClick Online Marketing has helped Camps International increase their online advertising return on investment by over 1000%. Camps International specialise in offering Gap Year holidays for school leavers and Life Experience holidays for older travelers in Kenya and Tanzania. Camps International has recently been highly commended in the Responsible Travel awards and gets a large proportion of their enquiries through their website.
“When we took on LexisClick to manage our online advertising and search engine optimisation in March 2007, we knew we needed help with our Google Adwords management and SEO. However, we didn’t realise just how much could be done, and we are very pleased with the work LexisClick have done in improving our ROI from our online advertising” says Camps International Director of Operations, Matt Lacey.
Whilst LexisClick have made a large number of improvements to Camps International’s online advertising campaigns such as Google Adwords, a large proportion of the gains in return on investment have come from improvements made to the Camps International website. These improvements were identified by LexisClick through their website statistics analysis and provided to Camps International as a series of improvement guidelines. The guidelines were used by Camps International’s in-house website design and development team, to make the required improvements to the site.
In addition to the online advertising ROI improvements, the SEO work undertaken by LexisClick has resulted in an increase of over 100% in natural search visitors to the website.
Following the success of these online marketing campaigns, Camps International and LexisClick are starting work on a number of other promotional areas including expanding their social networking presence on sites such as FaceBook.
