Bournemouth University Innovation Centre has welcomed more new business clients recently. The new clients are Strawberrysoup, Experience Solutions and Beyond PR Ltd. Strawberrysoup is a creative web consultancy providing website design, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce website development. Experience Solutions Limited are a new company specialising in customer experience, helping companies to deliver a consistent customer experiences across all channels of interaction with the customer to improve sales. Experience Solutions delivers their service by shadowing customers while they interact with companies during their daily lives. The start-up company shadows the general public while they use websites, phone up call centres, fill in application forms and even go shopping. They then work with a company to make improvements to each area of the customer experience. “Companies come to us because we focus on improving their customers' experience to turn regular customers into advocates of their brand” explains Damian Rees, Director of Experience Solutions. “When our client's see how our customer advocacy model has a direct result on their conversion rates, they feel great that they have made their customers' happy and made a profit doing it”.
