Business Units

The Innovation Centre provides a high standard of office accommodation for businesses requiring a physical location.

Units are available in differing sizes from 86 sq ft - 299 sq ft accommodating 2 - 5 people. These are suitable for businesses at various stages of growth and provide businesses with the opportunity to expand over time and remain within the centre.

The floor plan of the Centre shows the layout of the business units on the 4th and 5th floors of Melbury House.
