Hatchery
The Hatchery is a designated part of the Innovation Centre for students and budding entrepreneurs at the pre-start phase of their business who are looking to develop their entrepreneurship and commercialisation ideas. A shared facility offers dedicated desk space on 'easy in easy out' terms with telephone and IT points provided. Bournemouth University offers professional support to student entrepreneurs developing their ideas with commercial potential into start-up businesses and this facility aids networking with other entrepreneurs at a similar stage. The Hatchery is supported by the University's Business Start-up programme which is part of Business Mania. Business Mania is a comprehensive, practical entrepreneurship training programme which covers all aspects of planning for and starting a business. The Business Start-up programme is free to students and graduates of Bournemouth University. |
